COC Consulting recognizes the following company holidays for Non-exempt, hourly employees:
Holiday Premium Pay
For each hour worked on the observed holiday, non-exempt employees receive holiday premium pay. Holiday premium pay equals half of an employee's rate of hourly basic pay. Employees who are required to work on a holiday receive their rate of basic pay, plus holiday premium pay, for each hour of holiday work.
COC Consulting recognizes the following company holidays for Exempt, non-hourly employees:
Exempt employees are entitled to their normal compensation without any deductions for holidays the company observes, whether they work on the holiday or not.
- New Years Day (January 1st)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)

- Family Day (The day after Thanksgiving Day)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
Exempt employees are entitled to their normal compensation without any deductions for holidays the company observes, whether they work on the holiday or not.
